The Itinerary
Day 01 Airlie Beach
Airlie Beach is a vibrant hub with the playground of the Whitsunday Islands and Great Barrier Reef right at its doorstep. Check in, meet the squad, and kick off the start of an epic week at the Whitsunday Route opening party!
Day 02 South Molle Island
Wake up in paradise and sail to our first destination of the week, South Molle Island. What used to be a lush resort island will be the backdrop for a day of exploration and discovering the incredible marine life.
Day 03 Nara Inlet
Swim, snorkel and paddle your way around Nara and meet the locals – dolphins, turtles, and the occasional humpback! Head back to the yachts and experience a raft party like no other.
Day 04 Whitehaven Beach
Soak in one of the top beaches in the world; Whitehaven beach is renowned for its brilliant white silica sand that is among the purest int he world. Swim in incredible blue water or hike up to see incredible views of a kaleidoscope of swirling sand that will blow your mind.
Day 05 Hamilton Island
Today’s the day to get active. Head out for a day or snorkelling or scuba diving on the world famous Great Barrier Reef, or spend the afternoon exploring all the wonders the island has to offer.
Day 06 Long Island
Long Island is home to the tropical oasis of pristine beaches, luxe resorts and incredible look outs, all fringed by vibrant coral reefs. Spend the day exploring before kicking back by the pool and watching the sun set over the Whitsundays.
Day 07 Airlie Beach
It may be the end of the week, but it is just the beginning of a life of adventure and debauchery with the Entourage fam. Soak in the last full day before returning to Airlie Beach, where we will close out the week with one last epic party!
Whitsundays - FAQ's
Where does this tour begin & finish?
Whitsundays begins and finishes in Airlie Beach, roughly 25-30mins from the airport. You will need to fly into Proserpine airport then make your way to the hotel.
Arrival times
It is required that everyone arrives by 2pm on the first day of tour. We need everyone to meet their skipper & chef & be checked-in with their crew ASAP.
How many people per boat?
This varies depending on the size of yacht. There will roughly be 8-10 people per yacht.
How many people per cabin?
There are between 3-5 double beds per boat. On the yachts there are also single bunk beds.
Drugs & Alcohol
Entourage Tours want everyone to have an awesome time! There will be many opportunities to have drinks on the boats. Drugs are not acceptable on Entourage Tours. If anyone is caught with illegal drugs they will be handed over to the appropriate authorities.
Ocean Conditions
The Pacific is generally calm. There might be a day or two which could be a little choppy, so if you are likely to become seasick we advise bringing tablets.
Entourage Sail (Sail Guide and Chef)
A requirement of Entourage Sail is for the sail guide and chef food/alcohol costs to be covered by customers. So when we eat out we highly suggest to try and sit with your yacht crew and split the bill at the end. (sail guide and chef don't have to pay)
Entourage Sail - Tipping
At the end of Entourage Sail a tip is recommended for Sail Guide and Chef. Amount varies on performance and how much you enjoyed having them there.
Entourage Sail - Boat Bond
Each boat will have their own bond required at the beginning of the Entourage Sail. This is split up by the crew members. You receive this back at the end as long as there is no damage to the yacht. (roughly 200 euro per person)
Entourage Sail - Kitty
At the beginning of Entourage Sail it is recommended to all contribute an agreed amount and keep it there as a kitty. So when fuel, water, alcohol or supplies are needed along the way it is easy to organise. (recommended amount : $200-$250 AUD)
