1/3.   Select an Option

If a tour offers multiple options, select your preferred option.

The cost for each option will be displayed when selected.

2/3.   Select Your Add-ons

After selecting an option, add-ons for that option will appear.

Select as many add-ons as you want. Selecting an add-on will update the price per person.

3/3.   Book For…

Select how many people you're booking for.

If you're booking for a group and each person wants to pay separately, we recommend each person registers individually.

Shopping Cart

After clicking the "Book Now" button a popup will confirm the addition of the booking to the cart.

Select "Go to Cart" to continue to the cart page where you can edit your booking and continue to the checkout.

1/3.   Registration Information

The first step of the checkout process is to enter the requested registration information for each of the registrants in the booking.

2/3.   Account Information

The second step of the checkout process is to enter the account holders billing information.

If you're registering for a group, these details are for the one person managing the account and payments.

3/3.   Payment

The last step of the checkout process is to select your payment option and enter your payment information.

The payment options are:

  • Pay in full
  • Weekly payments
  • Fortnightly payments
  • Monthly payments

The payment plans require an initial deposit payment. The deposit amount and installment amounts are displayed with each option.

The payment plan options may vary based on how close we are to the tour's start date.

The payment methods are:

  • Direct Debit (Australian customers only)
  • Credit Card

Payments are securely processed with Merchant Warrior.

How do I login?

How do I edit my account?

When you're logged in to your account, simply view your account page and there will be an "Edit account" button under your account details.

I didn't receive an account email after completing booking.

Occasionally our emails can be found in your junk mail folder so firstly, check there.

If you can't find it in your junk folder, then not to worry you can access your account by resetting your password. Just make sure you use the email address you entered in at the checkout.

If you have forgotten your password, it can be reset here.

How do I view my orders?

To protect your privacy, orders can only be viewed when logged in.

  1. Firstly, login to your account

  2. Once you're logged in, just view your account page to view a list of your orders.

  3. To view an order in detail click the View link next to the order.

How do I change my order or booking information?

Please contact us to make any changes to your order or booking information.

How do I make a payment?

Payment schedules are automatic so you just need to make sure you have the funds available on the scheduled payment day.

Please contact us if you would like to make a payment earlier than the next scheduled payment or if you would like to pay your order balance in full.

I made a payment but it is not in my account.

If you paid by bank transfer, the payment will not appear in your account until the payment has been received. If you did not pay by bank transfer please contact us.
