How do I book a tour?

We'll walk you through it:

  1. Select the tour you want to book from the tours page and scroll down to the booking form:

    There are a few options when booking:

    • Book for
      You can book for just yourself or for a group of people. If you're booking for a group you can enter how many people are in your group.
    • Payment options
      You can select to pay a deposit and enter a payment plan or pay in full
    • Age confirmation
      You must confirm you're the required age to attend the tour.

    Select your options and click the "Book Now" button.

  2. Once you've selected your options you can now go to the checkout to process your registration and payment. There are three steps to the checkout process:

    1. Registration
      This step is where you enter your registration information for your booking. If you are booking for a group then you must enter in the details for the whole group.
    2. Checkout
      This step is where you enter your billing information and review your order.
    3. Payment
      This final step is where you select your payment method and process your payment.

All done!

Once you've completed the checkout, you will be emailed your account information, an invoice and a welcome message for your tour.

How do I view my orders?

To protect your privacy, orders can only be viewed when logged in.

  1. Firstly, login to your account

  2. Once you're logged in, just view your account page to view a list of your orders.

  3. To view an order in detail click the View link next to the order.

How do I change my booking information?

If you need to make additional payments on your booking then you will have the opportunity to change any booking information in the checkout at that time.

How do I make a payment?

Additional payments can be made from your account page while logged in.

  1. Login to your account

  2. Once you're logged in, go to your account page.

  3. On your account page will be a "Make a Payment" button next to your order. Clicking on this button will take you through to the checkout where you can process your next payment.

I made a payment but it is not in my account.

If you paid by bank transfer, the payment will not appear in your account until the payment has been received. If you did not pay by bank transfer please contact us.

How do I login?

How do I edit my account?

When you're logged in to your account, simply view your account page and there will be an "Edit account" button under your account details.

I didn't receive an account email after completing booking.

Occasionally our emails can be found in your junk mail folder so firstly, check there.

If you can't find it in your junk folder, then not to worry you can access your account by resetting your password. Just make sure you use the email address you entered in at the checkout.

I forgot my password.
